Tools of Engagement:

exploring identity, difference, conflict + possibility

PeoplesLab offers a unique curriculum – Tools of Engagement – to engage the complexity of

identity, difference and conflict with a vision towards transformational social change.

PeoplesLab embraces 3 key principles:

  • Social Justice – to vision social equity + reciprocity across difference;
  • Aesthetics – for creative agency to question, shape and rename;
  • Transformative Process – for psycho/physical/social reflection within + between people

There is incredible potential for creative synergy towards generative relations and social justice if we apply new constructive tools to repair loss of trust, reach across our differences with mutual allyship, and shift othering into a fabric of mutual belonging.

Participants will take part in 3 half day sessions that will introduce them to key PeoplesLab principles of communication including somatic, reflexive and procedural tools to explore identity, difference, conflict + possibility.
